Does anyone have a graphcap file for the NCAR graphics library
which supports DEC ReGIS graphics?  We have a VT240 which we are still
using and would like to be able to display NCAR graphics on it.

(I guess that since dxterm under ultrix supports ReGIS one could also
use such a description for this as well. . . .)
