I actually found it at the National Library of Medicine (NLM). The NLM
is at the National Institutes of Health (NIH). You might try NIH because
I know they have an interlibrary loan program. I've used it. The address is:

	(301)496-4000

This phone number is the generic NIH number. The Inter-Library Loan
number is (301)496-5512. You probably should call first, 'cause
I think ILL has some funky requirements.
