file-io extensions to F83.  just read and write, no loading
necessary.
 
where do i get 'em?   need 'em right away.   and preferably
close.  i'm not a member of Genie or any such, just a
Usenetter.
   
i know there's an ECFB...but is there a WCFB?  :)
