The new guy who's just dabbling in the particular subject covered. Well, here I am. And here goes: Forth, as I understand it, is highly extensible. Extensible to the point that you can basically re-write the language every time you use it. Bearing this in mind, how can ANSI set a standard on a language that changes on a daily basis?
