Would some kind soul please send me via e-mail a copy or *copy to the
Fortran 90 specification?  Any information would be greatly
appreciated.  I also would like to know if the standard is final at
this point, or if there is on-going development.  Send replies either
to myself or dimitris@llama.harvard.edu.
