The new red book talks about the << and >> syntax for constructing
dictionaries, but never actually calls them anything.  I propose
calling them `Dictionary Constructors', following a programming
language I used one that had a syntax known as `value constructors'
which performed a somewhat analogous function of creating compound
types on the fly as arguments to functions.  Anybody over at Adobe
care to comment?
