I notice that a new version of RCS, 5.5, has been placed on prep.ai.mit.edu
for ftp.  Can anyone supply me with a list of new features and/or bugs
fixed in this version, over the older version of RCS that was on prep?

We've been using the old version for over a year now, and need to know what
switching to the new version would gain us.
