E-mail in/out of DECUServe was established some time ago.  To send E-mail to it
use the address:

	username@EISNER.DECUS.ORG

Inbound E-mail into the DECUS leadership Vax (DCS/TOPAZ) has not been
established yet, but apparently will be available in the near term.  Outbound
E-mail from DCS is available now...  Contact me on DCS (MCMAHON) for details.

Other forms of access (FTP/TELNET/etc...) are also in progress, but I have no
status information.
