Hi,

	Being assigned the task of writing a serial driver
	on the PC's, I and am looking for any references.  I have
	read the 'C Programmers Guide to Serial Communications',
	and 'MS-DOS Developers Guide'.   

	I believe that there is a document detailing bugs and
	incompatabilities between various versions of National
	Semiconductors' UART 8250.  I couldn't find it on 
	Compuserve or Genie, nor on wuarchive.wustl.edu.  Does
	anyone out there know where one can get it from ?
