Hi folks.

Is the FAT filesystem used by OS/2 (1.2 SE) subject to fragmentation
as is the MS-DOS filesystem? 

If so, are there any utilities/techniques available to re-optimize
(sort out) disk space? Will MS-DOS based utilities work on an OS/2
FAT filesystem?
