I am working with Smalltalk V/PM and I am trying to use the
WinQueryUpdateRect function.  Unfortunately the function always
seems to return false, indicating that the function did not
complete properly.  Can someone tell me under what circumstances
a call to the WinQueryUpdateRect function will return false?
