Well, in this case, I think you could make a good case for comp.periphs.cd-rom. With the increasing amount of material released on cd-rom and the fact that it is discussed all over the place, it would be useful to have single point to discuss general issues. I ould really like to see a charter developed and a formal CFD issued to create the group.
