Before we go much further, I suggest that we inventory the availalbe
X.500 related mailing lists.  There are several, but I do not feel
that I know what they all are.  It may be that they are all focused on
subsets, and wowuld not sensibly be merged into some global newsgroup.

At least, we must understand that the reverse flow would not make much
sense (from a general X.500 newsgroup to the separate focused mailing
