  Yes, I have one I found (I think) on ftp.ee.lbl.gov.

$ ls -l ppp*
-rw-r-----   1 tin      eng        98223 Oct 23 23:14 ppp-streams.tar.Z

  You can try getting it yourself if you have ftp.  If not, I can mail
  it to you.  I haven't had time to try it out yet (I am working on SVR4).
