Our department has deceided upon implementing ntp on our system.
They have also deceided that I am to do it!  

The machine that I have the ntp software on is a Sun4/260,
running SunOS4.0.3.  From what I understand, my first step is to
purchase a "black box" to connect to this machine so that I can
receive the proper radio signals.  Any ideas as to which "black box"
would be the most appropriate for this system, and where I would
purchase it?
