Dennis Ferguson, intrepid UT clocker, has not been heard for some
longish eons. He is/was the keeper of CHUtick, xntp and the meanest
dedicated silicon NTP chimer in town. If you do manage to toll
his bell, wean away a copy of his 68000 board and modem, then
bring up your own CHU chu. Paal Spilling (paal@nta.no) in fact
cloned Dennis' silicon sans modem for use in Norway. Last I
heard Paal could't toll his bell either; however, if you can't
find Dennis, who when last seen was wandering the CA*NET fijords,
try ding Paal for info.
