    bar.  Forlong files, like atk/basics/xim.c, it doesn't scroll to the
    end of the file
    (happens on both x and wm).

I would like to re-open this bug.  Try the scroll bar on a larger file,
say10M.  The bug still exists.  I would also like to add a request that
thescroll bar follow the cursor when dragging.  The thumb lags behind
the cursorthe farther you scroll down.
