I received a number of requests from archivers to make INF postings compatible
with other postings with respect to the Archive-name headers and archive
storage.  I guess they weren't running Rkive... de gustibus non est
disputandem, and I'm not in the business of writing archivers, so I went ahead
and changed it.  (In fact, at the time INF postings ("Administrivia") were
special-cased, so the fix was simply to remove the special-casing from the
code to my poster.)

I understand your desire to put info postings in a special area, but by and
large I only had two types of info postings:  the introduction to each volume,
which had fixed names (vNNwelcome, vNNindex) and special postings which by and
large didn't need to be archived at all, although they were assigned archive
names for completeness.  (A list of pending submissions is pretty meaningless
after they have all been sent out.)
