Has anyone seen code suitable for synthesizing speech on a Sparc
(or a Mac; we have both). I would like to be able to "encode" messages
in a phonetic alphabet, and have a real-time "reader" say the words
through the workstation. Quality is not critical, as long as the words
can be understood. Prerecorded sound-bytes of the messages will not do...
