When I convert pictures in their native resolution, they come out just fine, but I have to scroll around in them. When I append "XCOMP" to the end of the command to reduce their size, I get some garbage at the top. The pictures end up 320x480, but won't scroll down. I am using Mostra to view the resulting .sham files. If you have any suggestions, please let me know.
