        Thanks to Everyone who replied to my last message.. There is One
Small Problem with the suggestions I have been getting.. I am Not On
a UNIX Machine.. I wish I were though.. I am on a VAX Running VMS 5.3
So there is no was to change my Quota, and the Operations department Will
only up my Quota to one meg.. And Even it I did get it all to my Account..
It would take about 10 DAYS to DL 1 Tape as we are only running 1200 Into the
system... (YUK!!!)  So if anyone else has any sugestions on how to get X11R4
Please let me know Via E-MAIL.. since I have not gotten  my New School account
yet, therefore I am not on this list, and un-able to read it.. THANKS!
