If you have FTP access there are a few archivers at
abcfd20.larc.nasa.gov in the amiga/archivers directory, otherwise you
could look on the fish disks (user group accessable ?) and if that's
still not possible I could mail a few to you. 

A few other archivers - LHWarp, Warp, PkaZip to name a few....
