Yes, but aside from the disk formatting question, I don't know of many small tasks that I can't do with my Mac while doing others. Half the reason I plan on getting an Amiga is just to have the two systems side-by-side to see the differences. I still think one of the best ways to compare two platforms is to have power configs for each side-by-side and compare both the capabilities of the machines and how the user adjusts their work to complement that machine.
