Could somebody tell me how to totally redirect input from the keyboard
to either the keyboard or the serial port?  The practical use of this is
for a BBS door which can be run from the CLI and from the BBS.  The
latter will run the appropriate code to echo to the serial port.

I considered AUX:, but there's no way to turn it off when you're done,
and it ignores console input.
