Yes, but those who do not reside in continental USA have this strange
aversion to link costs to BIX, but still would like access to these
useful tools.  Some appear on disks accompanying the DEVCON notes that we
can buy months after the event and at quite high cost, some on the
restricted beta releases.  What would be nice would be the appearance of
those utilities that can be made public on CBA and or Fred's collection,
which make it the the far corners of this planet.
