Unfortunately I do not have either of the two.  Now that the answer is
seemingly no, would it be a relatively simple task to write a program either
in assemble or applesoft that when fed the appropriate parameters, un-pack the
information?  It would be neat, so to speak, to have such a program, that
could unpack or pack a file given a specific compression code you provide. 
I bet pirates would have a great deal of fun with that however...
