The printer head has gone bad, and the tech says that it will cost $125 to fix it. Would it be a better idea to buy a new printer, or get the Okidata rekpaired? There's a panasonic dot matrix printer available for a very reasonable price, that we're thinking about buying. Should we? Someone has offered us the use of an Alphapro 101 from Alphaco. We don't know if it will work with the apple, nor what might be required. Any advice? Please respond via e-mail. If there is interest in the replies, I will post a summary to the net. Steven J. We just scratched out the parts that said "Kill" and "Maim," and substituted "Play Music."" -- Munden's Bar (Grimjack#15, story by Phil Phoglio).
