The author of SCSI Part is Richard Bennet.  I know that he lives in Australia,
but I don't have his address offhand.

Interms of SCSI Part not working with 5.0.4, that's correct.  Apple moved some
of the ProDOS code in 5.0.4 (and 5.0.3 for that matter) which renders SCSI Part
useless.
