It's called TextView and I wrote it to figure out how to figure out which files were double-clicked on. TextView currently does not page, making it very annoying with large text files (it wasn't a project in itself, although I think there is enough interest to warrant me finishing it up once the first LHG beta is ready -- a few days, OK, unknown?).
