On the old ProDos 16 System Disk (version 1.0 and 1.1), it has Apple //
Desktop.  This is a double hires version of the finder.  It still has
features that the current GS/OS Finder doesn't, like when doing a disk
copy, it will eject the disk and continue as soon as you inserted the
other.  Of course the current Finder has features Apple // Desktop doesn't.
