[stuff deleted] I use Procomm on the PC side and Kermit on the VAX side. Procomm has a script language that controls all the action. I use this "on demand" on a near daily basis. The "scheduled basis" part I can't answer, except I have heard of sharreware programs for the PC that allow "alarm" actions to be executed. BTW Kermit on VMS is not a DEC product.
