The printer cable arrived with two broken pins. Luckly I could borrow one from a friend until I could ship back the broken one. 2. They advertised a game card with the package but when the computer arrived It did not have one. I must give the Tech. support guy credit because he turned himself inside out to find out why. They had a deal with a supplier to provide the motherboard and game card and during the xmas rush thier supplier ran out so the "upgraded" me to the next motherboard but did not include any info to tell me this. I think they are like any other company. There only as good as there employees and being human we all make stupid mistakes. Chris Gaeth
