Hello, netters,

Recently I bought an ArchiveXL internal tape backup. I works
with a DC2120 tape with up to 120 Mb storage. For  a two
2-floppy system (as my Gateway 2000 is) it requires a small 8-bit
board.)

Here is my question: to format a tape to 80 Mb it takes more
than 3 hours!!! It winds back and forth during this time.

Should this be taking really this long?
