been getting memory errors when running at "turbo" speed on an AT clone.

TEXT OF KEN'S REQUEST:
I have a problem with an "AT" computer. While doing screen
writes I get a system halt:
               ON BOARD PARITY ERROR
               ADDR HEX (0000:0778)
I need help in solving this problem, I have replaced all the ram on the
motherboard.
