I use ProComm+ with kermit all the time.  I simply go into kermit (interactive
mode) on the Unix box, then type 'r<cr>' to transfer to Unix, then PgUp to
upload.  To transfer to the PC, type 's filename<cr>', then PgDn on the PC.
