The latest version of PKzip I have seen is 1.20 and should be available from normal PD/ShareWare channels. The only eveidence I see that this may not be the case is that the compression date on the files is 04-09-89 and the release date for PKzip 0.92 (according to your capture) is 03-06-89. That means that a later version of PKzip would have been right on the tails of 0.92. Possible, but not likely. The only other possibilty I see is a corrupted copy of either the ZIP file or of PKunzip itself.
