Subject: Is the stuffit-16 on sumex corrupt?

I've tried a few different sources for Stuffit-1.6 (Sumex.stanford.edu 
and comp.binaries.mac).  When I get the binhexed file to my mac I get a
CRC (or is it Checksum) error during the de-binhexing.  I've tried both
ethernet and modem downloading to a mac to get the file.  All attempts
result in the same message.   Is anyone else having a problem with the
binhexed file?  Or should I be looking for another reason for the error?
