Here are things I am looking for: 1) Full-screen editing capability -- a vt100 compatible full screen editor or something similar. It doesn't have to be very elaborate. Anything is an improvement over the line editors I've seen on most systems. I know it is possible to do this with the Taniwha BBS development system, but I just want to see if I can avoid building my own. 2) Large or sysop adjustable limits on posting size. 3) Message aliasing 4) Ability to upload a message via xmodem or zmodem and use it as the body of an email message. 5) Large or unlimited numbers of file areas/boards. 6) ability to follow threads in postings I appreciate any suggestions! elk@cis.ohio-state.edu
