BMUG was distributing 2.0v2 at MacWorld in a 5-disk, $15 set with the last
four disks containing BMUG stacks instead of the Apple/Claris stacks. I 
inquired about the current state of user-group distribution and was told
that BMUG did have permission to distribute it in this form, but presumably
not as the 5-disk Claris set.
