The stock LC supports 8-bit color (512x384) with the new 12" RGB monitor,
4-bit grayscale (640x480) with the new 12" monochrome monitor, and 4-bit
color (640x480) with the 13" RGB monitor.  With the 512K VRAM SIMM it will
support 16-bit color with the 12" RGB monitor and 8-bit color/grayscale with
the other two monitors.
