APDA. They give you two notebooks of documentation, sample code, and I
got a free update last year. $100.

Note: If you want to distribute MacTCP with "your software product,"
you have to talk to licensing. It's all explained in the docs.

I used it for a quick hack once, and it's pretty keen, once you get
your network numbers straight (sigh, my fault).
