I know the answer to this question has already been posted, but I've lost it.

Does anyone know how to put a csh `foreach' command in a makefile (when
the default makefile sh is /bin/csh), or an `if ... then ... end' ?

P.P.S: I can't use `pmake' because we run on heterogeneous platforms
(IBM RS/6000 for example) which don't know `pmake'
