Thank you very much to several people who reply to my request for help
on the EPS.

What I needed was to put screen output into a FrameMaker document.  I got
the PostScipt images from using px2ps prgram on the snapshot images.  For
some reason the FrameMaker did not recognize it as EPSF and read it in as
a text file instead.  Mark Callow suggested putting

%!PS-Adobe-2.0 EPSF-2.0  at the top of the file which seems to work.
