I have a Sunview application that uses an 8 entry colour map.  Running the
sunview binary under Openlook I get pretty severe colour map flashing when
the cursor moves between windows.  Is there any way to cure this by
playing with the X server setup. Apart from the colour map flashing the
application works fine.  I will be porting it to xview RSN but in the mean
time....
