Back in July r lang announced that he had compiled 
Rokicki's dvips for DOS machines and placed it on
terminator.cc.umich.edu. I have been trying since 
the new year to reach this host, but it does not
answer. Does anyone know what happened to this host
and are there alternative locations to find some of
the TeX stuff archived there?
