I would like to obtain a copy of the last FOCS proceedings, does anyone
know how to do this? I tried following the directions at the front
of a friend's copy of the proceedings by mailing a letter to IEEE asking 
for more info.  But, that was six weeks ago ...

So if anyone has the definitive info about who to contact and how much
to pay, I would appreciate it.
