Assuming you can access the Internet via ftp, cica.cica.indiana.edu
(129.79.20.22) has the Paradise 640x480x256 (not 640x400) driver in
the MicroSoft Supplemental Drivers Library.  The driver name is
PVGA480.DRV in the file pub/pc/win3/sdl/sdldisk2.zip.
