Apologies first because I know this has been covered before, and I have tried
to save files that I might need in the future... howsome'ere.. I am having
trouble getting different icons that I have installed in Windows*.* to show up 
in properties>change icon.  I know that they are there as ?.ico files and have
tried to associate *.icon files with various ?.exe files, but nothing seems to
change when I go back to try to change them.  I have RTFM, and looked in WIN
FAQ... and Prof. T. Salmi, you are always a good resource... but I, in my
simple way, must be missing something here.  Please e-mail... unless you think
it is time to revisit this on the net...Tangsalot, in advance
