I can't get a Trident SVGA card to work with Codeview for Windows.  I
have experienced the following symptoms.

	640 x 480 - Color palette is wiped out causing window banners
	and window contents to be in black-and-white.  When CVW is shut
	down, colors return.

	800 x 600 - Same symptoms as above except colors do NOT return.
	Windows must be exited and restarted to get colors back.

	1024 x 768 - When CVW is run, the main monitor goes blank and
	the machine is hung.

I would really like to use Codeview in 1024 x 768 mode.  Has anyone
experienced similar problems with Trident and Codeview or another SVGA
card and Codeview?  How do you fix it?
