Hello, world!

I've uploaded a simple debugging tool to cica.cica.indiana.edu.

It's a pity for me, but I debug my Windows programs without
a secondary monitor and can't use CVW or any other SDK debugging
tool.

The tool I done is a DLL, which allows to create a special
'debugging' window and put your debug info into this window.

This window has a 100-lines buffer and can be scrolled over.

It's located at cica.cica.indiana.edu at ..../utils directory.

Any evaluations and advices will be highly appreciated.
